Day 1

Naples

Your charter will begin in the extraordinary city of Naples. Before embarkation, be sure to take some time to explore the wealth of cultural assets Naples has to offer. Discover two beautiful royal palaces, three ancient castles and the city’s Museo Archeologico, containing one of the world’s finest collections of Pompeiian frescoes and mosaics. Stop off for a coffee at a local artisan café on a historic street before boarding your yacht.

Day 2

Ischia

The most developed and largest of the islands in the Bay of Naples, Ischia is where you will spend the final day of your charter. Ischia remains widely unspoilt by tourists and its beautiful scenery and rugged charm behold endless appeal. The north-coast town of Ischia Porto is most popular for those in search of bars and vibrant nightlife, whilst Forio and Lacco Ameno offer luxurious spas and scenic gardens. Sant’Angelo on the south coast, the calmer and more serene side of the island, offers a pretty harbour and isolated, white sand beaches. A landscape of chestnut forests and vineyards makes up the interior of the island, overlooked by Monte Epomeo, Ischia’s highest peak.

Day 3

Ponza

The small island of Ponza is the next stop on your charter. This island denotes a slower pace of life, with a rustic, unspoilt and undeveloped landscape. The tiny town clings to the rugged cliffs, led to by a cascade of steps and narrow passageways from the harbour, the views from which are beautiful, if not a little startling for those concerned by heights. The coastline of Ponza is best explored by sea, especially from the deck of your yacht whilst enjoying a cold glass of local wine.

Day 4

Capri

The island of Capri epitomises Mediterranean beauty, nature at its finest. Steep cliffs rise majestically from the sparkling blue sea, wisteria and bougainvillea cover the elegant villas and even the trees appear to be carefully manicured. The island is known for sophisticated hedonism, having been made famous by a long list of the rich and famous that explored its shores in the ‘50’s, and the quiet coves, balmy climate and rugged scenery are an antidote that ensure the island doesn’t lose any of its appeal for visitors seeking serenity and relaxation.

Day 5

Sorrento

The landscape of Sorrento is blissfully covered in olive trees, lemon groves, sleepy villages and small fishing ports. The air is scented with floras of wisteria and jasmine along hiking trails that hug the Lattari Mountains and Sorrentine Peninsula, the perfect way to stretch your legs after a lazy morning aboard your yacht. The area to the west of Sorrento is among the least developed and most beautiful in the country, although it is not only the rural beauty of the island that draws attention. Its historic town is just as impressive. Enjoy a gelato in the Piazza Tasso and explore the winding lanes and traditional Italian stores before heading back to the yacht.

Day 6

Positano

Positano is located at the heart of the Amalfi Coast, what was once a quiet fishing village is now a dashing and deluxe hotspot. With traditional old houses scattered along the cliffs to the sea in a veil of pink, terracotta and peach, narrow, winding streets laced with wisteria, 5* restaurants and designer retailers, Positano truly epitomises the glamour expected of Italy’s southern coast. The fashion history runs deep in Positano, the town was the first in Italy to import bikinis from France, so it is an ideal spot for a bit of retail therapy. The surrounding islets are equally steeped in history and culture, visit Li Galli or Gallo Lungo by tender in the afternoon.

Day 7

Amalfi

Appropriately named the ‘Pearl of the Amalfi Coast’, Amalfi’s green forests, azure seas and whitewashed buildings make it the most iconic spot on this route. The town exudes history and culture, despite many of the historical buildings of the old city having diminished into the sea during an earthquake in 1343. Notably, the magical Byzantine inspired cathedral still stands tall and is definitely worth a visit. Explore the cobbled streets of Amalfi and its sun-filled piazzas, filled with the aromas of fresh coffee, jasmine and lemons.
